1. 01MUTUAL NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTA reciprocal confidentiality agreement under which two parties exchange and protect confidential information (including peptide sequences, specifications, pricing and know-how) solely to evaluate a potential supply relationship.
2. 02MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT (MSA)Governs the ongoing supply of peptide synthesis and related services from ALDOCHEM EOOD to a customer, with individual work ordered through quotations and statements of work under a single master framework.
3. 03Partner, Reseller and Distribution AgreementAppoints a partner on a non-exclusive basis to promote and resell ALDOCHEM's research-use-only peptide products within a defined territory, setting out supply, pricing, branding, RUO/regulatory compliance and commercial terms.
4. 04Non-Competition and Non-Solicitation AgreementRestricts a contractor, partner, or key employee from competing with, or soliciting the customers and staff of, ALDOCHEM's peptide synthesis and CDMO business for a defined period and territory following engagement.
5. 05Supply and Quality AgreementDefines the respective quality, manufacturing, testing, and release responsibilities between ALDOCHEM EOOD (with its GMP-aligned manufacturing partner) and a customer for the supply of research-use-only peptide products.
6. 06Data Processing Agreement (DPA) under the EU General Data Protection RegulationGoverns the processing of personal data by ALDOCHEM EOOD as processor on behalf of the customer as controller (or between joint controllers where applicable), in accordance with Article 28 and the wider requirements of the EU GDPR.
