General terms governing the supply of ALDOCHEM products and services. This is a template summary and does not replace a signed agreement or an order-specific quotation.
Scope
These terms apply to quotations, orders, and the supply of peptides and related services by ALDOCHEM EOOD Specific scope, price, quantity, purity target, and lead time are set out in the written quotation issued after technical review, which prevails over general statements on this website.
Research use only
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all products are supplied for laboratory research only. They are not drugs, food, or cosmetics, and are not for human or veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, or therapeutic application. The customer is responsible for determining the suitability of the product for its intended research use and for handling it safely and lawfully.
Quality, quantities and acceptance
Each batch is released with a Certificate of Analysis stating identity and purity for the lot. Purity is sequence-dependent and confirmed against the analytical result for the lot supplied. Quantities are nominal and supplied within customary tolerances. Any claim regarding quantity or conformity should be raised in writing within the period stated in the quotation.
Confidentiality and governing law
Sequences, specifications, and project details are treated as confidential, and a non-disclosure agreement can be put in place before requirements are submitted. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, with the courts of Burgas having jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
