Custom Peptide Synthesis
ALDOCHEM synthesizes peptides to a submitted sequence — solid-phase and solution-phase routes, purification to a specified target, and lot-by-lot analytics. Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis. Manufacturing is coordinated through a GMP-aligned partner in Opole, Poland.
What we make
ALDOCHEM produces peptides from a client-defined sequence. The synthesis route is selected per project. Purity, scale, and modifications are agreed during technical review and recorded on the batch documentation.
- Synthesis routes: SPPS and solution-phase, selected by sequence length, composition, and scale.
- Purity targets: typically 95–99% by preparative HPLC, fixed before synthesis and confirmed at release.
- Scale: milligram to gram quantities; larger scales quoted case by case.
- Modifications: N- and C-terminal modifications, non-standard and D-amino acids, and common protecting-group chemistries where the sequence allows.
- Cyclic and labeled peptides: disulfide-bridged and head-to-tail cyclic peptides, and biotin/fluorophore labels, where the chemistry is compatible.
- Feasibility: sequences are reviewed before quotation; difficult sequences are flagged and expected outcomes stated in advance.
Peptide libraries
ALDOCHEM synthesizes sets of related peptides in a single coordinated project. Libraries support structure-activity work, epitope mapping, and screening.
- Analog sets: substitution, truncation, and alanine-scan series from a parent sequence.
- Parallel synthesis: multiple sequences produced together to a common purity target.
- Consistent documentation: each member is analyzed individually and carries its own Certificate of Analysis.
- Formats: supplied as lyophilized powder in per-sequence quantities agreed at ordering.
Purification and lyophilization
Crude peptide is purified to the agreed target and then dried for stability and handling.
- Preparative HPLC to the specified purity target, typically 95–99%.
- Counter-ion exchange where required for the intended application.
- Lyophilization to a dry powder, with fill quantities recorded per container.
- Purified material is re-analyzed after drying to confirm released purity.
Analytics and release
Every batch is analyzed lot by lot. Identity and purity are documented, interpreted, and reviewed before release.

- LC-MS for identity confirmation against the expected mass.
- Interpreted reports, not raw traces alone, so results are usable at receipt.
